Fullerton Farm is set within acres of outstanding countryside. Offering guests a tranquil retreat where they can relax and detox, the Farm comprises of four tree houses, as well as room for activities such as truffle hunting and wine tasting. Each tree house offers a different interior style, and it was a pleasure to work on this project. Much like ourselves at The Main Company, Wild Escapes also have a passion for sustainable materials and high quality, so our passion and vision was shared.
The truly organic Fullerton Farm is located in the desirable location of the Hampshire Downs, and the tree houses offer the perfect accommodation for those looking to visit the area, or just unwind.
The Poppy tree house is one of four luxurious tree top accommodations, each one with its own interior style. The Poppy offers a rich and warm living space with cosy tones and decadent colours throughout, and is the perfect space for after a day exploring the Hampshire Downs.
Reclaimed Weathered Mill Pine cladding has been used throughout the Poppy tree house, this has been perfectly paired with rich jewel tones such as emerald green and navy. Each tree house brings the outdoors indoors perfectly, with the cladding and flooring, as well as other natural and raw materials such as metals. This has been paired with [flooring] and works perfectly throughout, both wood types have been beautifully weathered and worn, creating a rustic and lived in finish.
The rich hues and tones of the wood offer an organic and authentic feel, with many natural markings maintained such as saw marks and knots. Each piece is hand-dried at our on-site kiln, removing excess moisture and creating a durable surface, ideal for residential and commercial properties. The distressed and raw appearance of the planks is ideal for those wanting to add a rustic touch to their interiors, as Wild Escapes have done.
