This project beautifully blends contemporary design with rustic elements, creating a sophisticated yet functional home environment. From custom kitchen cabinetry to unique entertainment spaces, this project exemplifies the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail we bring to every design.
A key feature of this project is the TV unit, which is framed by a striking black fluted cladding. This textured detail adds depth and character to the living space, providing a modern touch that contrasts beautifully with the room’s warmer, traditional elements. The fluted wood, meticulously hand-finished in our Yorkshire workshop, brings a bespoke, handcrafted feel that can’t be replicated with mass-produced materials.
For added charm, we designed and installed three barn doors, offering a traditional yet sleek design that seamlessly integrates with the rest of the home’s aesthetic. Additionally, we created a single feature wall that houses a wine cellar, cocktail bar, and vinyl corner—a true entertainment hub. Black fluted wood is used throughout this wall, which gives a harmonious nod to the living room timber cladding. For the black fluted wood, we stained the fluted timber, and then bonded it to a substrate, producing a unique finish, truly bespoke for this project. We had the pleasure of working with Anne-Marie Adriaanse on the wine room design. Her expertise helped bring the client’s vision to life, crafting a warm and inviting space.
In this project, we delivered a truly bespoke design that merges beauty with practicality. The kitchen features sage green cabinets (Farrow & Ball Studio Green 93) paired with a contrasting dark blue island (Farrow & Ball Lichen 19). The island itself is a multifunctional showpiece, equipped with seating, storage, undermounted trough sink, and a standard sink, making it both a social and practical centrepiece. The tall cabinet walls on either side provide ample storage while maintaining the clean, modern aesthetic of the space.
