Healey Barn is an outstanding 18th century stone barn set around a private courtyard. Located in the grounds of Healey Hall, the barn is situated in Northumberland, surrounded by rural landscapes and rugged coast lines.
Full of rustic charm and characterful features, Healey Barn offers the perfect wedding venue within Northumberland. The barn is licensed for civil ceremonies, with room for 140 guests and also offers the perfect venue for post-ceremony celebrations if you would prefer to marry in a local church. There’s also an area for catering where delicious treats can be cooked over the open flames of the barbecues, rotisseries and wooden oven. All feasts are freshly prepared using the finest, local ingredients.
The beautiful barn has been restored, maintaining stunning original features such as exposed brick and wooden beams. Large windows also allow for plenty of light, creating a large and airy space. As well as the main hall, there is an outdoor courtyard and bar area, making it the perfect venue from dusk until dawn.

Reclaimed rustic materials is what we do best, and we were delighted to be involved in another Cripps project, this time supplying Reclaimed Oak Beams and Reclaimed Oak Cladding for their latest project, Healey Barn.
Our Reclaimed Oak has been used in a number of ways within Healey Barn, from wall cladding to bar area. Our Reclaimed Oak Cladding, complements the rustic surroundings, paired beautifully with the exposed stonework.
All our oak has been salvaged from interesting buildings, with a story to tell. Each and every plank has been hand-dried in our on-site kiln before being painstakingly restored, enhancing the beautiful patinas and restoring features such as nail holes, adding to the rustic charm. Everything we do is made to specification, to match the requirements of our client.
