Located in Chester, a classic shaker style kitchen seemed a perfect choice. A gorgeous addition to this stunning home, The Main Company and owners worked together to bring the homeowner’s vision to reality. The kitchen is the hub of the home, something they were keen to capture and was taken into consideration at every stage of planning. Not only were the aesthetics important, so was the storage potential of the kitchen, with cupboards, shelves and drawers aplenty. Not only did we install the classic kitchen cabinetry, the space was also finished with an island with integrated spotlights and drawers and full-length cupboard space complete with a bench, maximising storage potential.
The beauty of a Shaker kitchen is the timeless simplicity, smooth drawer fronts and simple handles, create a classic look. The oak cabinetry has been painted using Limestone by Little Greene. The clean, light colour of Limestone also lends itself perfectly to the simplicity of the design. Creating a classic yet minimalist approach. Light colours are perfect for making the most of natural light and create the illusion of space. A classic colour combination, the soft grey cabinetry has been topped with luxurious granite, completing the look and tying in the surrounding interiors.
