Colour in the Kitchen – Inspired by Little Greene

Colour in the Kitchen

This month we’re talking colour in the kitchen inspired by Little Greene, our go-to paint partner when it comes to finding the perfect colour and finish to enhance our cabinetry. From the exceptional quality of the paint to the vast range of shades available, Little Greene’s collection is always our preferred choice when it comes to introducing colour to the kitchen.

With Autumn now upon us and the trend for earthy colours still going strong, we’re enjoying the exploration of rustic tones in the kitchen. Bolder than beige and slightly retro in influence, Little Greene have a fabulous range of slightly muted earthy colours perfect for complementing elements of natural wood and introducing subtle colour into your kitchen.

Over the years the kitchen has become the true heart of the home and the place where family’s can enjoy spending most of their time, from eating together to catching up on the events of the day over a cup of tea or glass of wine. As a result the kitchen has become the perfect space to express your unique personal style. With the latest trends turning to the dark side, we’re loving Little Greene’s dark and decadent range of tones from the Colours of England palette. From dramatic Lamp Black to luxurious Invisible Green, introducing rich dark colours amongst natural surfaces and soft white can transform your kitchen into an effortlessly elegant yet cosy space. Add a hint of a bright coral or pink for statement effect!

Despite the nights drawing in and the colder winter weather on the way, we’re not letting anything dampen our spirits. Our last inspirational colour palette celebrates the modern pastel trend with the perfect muted pastels shades being provided by Little Greene’s paint collection. Take a risk on pastels in the kitchen and go fresh with Little Greene’s Aquamarine, alternatively add hint of blush into your scheme for a look that promises to transform your mood from moody to mellow.
