Our Commercial Joinery

We have actively collaborated with architects, interior designers, restaurateurs, hoteliers, and others to create unique commercial projects. Here is a look at all of our commercial work over the years.

 

Treehouses and Cabins

Supplying unique and bespoke products, along with design management and fitting service has been our strength for over four decades. We have utilised our reclaimed wood in Tree Houses and Woodland Cabins to resonate with their surrounding environment.

 

Restaurants

Our restaurant projects include well known chains such as Nando’s, Pizza Union, and Manteca. We supplied our Weathered Mill and Reclaimed Barn Oak flooring creating a beautiful, robust and timeless space for commercial use.

Having worked with it for over 45 years, we understand reclaimed wood very well. We have a vast experience of design, function and layout; the sheer volume of unique reclaimed materials we stock is second to none. Combining availability and experience has proven our strengths in the marketplace.

 

 

Hospitality

Additionally, we have also worked in conjunction with hotels and health spas. Our expert craftsmen can create bespoke furnishings from simple to complex architects’ designs. This ensures that each project will be unique, enhancing the individual project brand.

 

Commercial Kitchens

We have utilised our wall cladding to create headboards, bar fronts, bistro tables and stunning feature ceilings. Working with existing features and weaving them into the finished design is one of our strengths. We have worked on a Cookery School project that perfectly illustrates this, shown below and on our website.

 

Other Commercial Projects

We greatly enjoyed being involved in the projects of a pop-up oyster Bar and shopping mall deli Counter. Working ways to make the bar easily transportable to use in different pop-up locations. The Deli in Milton Keynes shopping centre, listed on the National Heritage site was challenging. No attaching to the floor and easy to dismantle if locations changed were some of the challenges. The brief was to make clinical deli counters look welcoming and to create an eating area maximising on seating space. 

Reclaimed parquet floors we have supplied over the years give an extra dimension in commercial settings. Our Salon/Spa project (Kalon Parlour) is the perfect example of this, shown on our website. Similarly, The herringbone design gives that feeling of decadence and luxury and works so well in both locations.

 

We were delighted to supply cladding and original beams for two wedding venues. The original barns needed very sympathetic restoration and turning into a smooth functioning areas for one.

Our smaller projects have been just as rewarding, building dining tables for pubs and restaurants, large tables for conference rooms and table desks for IT companies. Other projects we have done include farm shops, village stores and an ice cream parlour. All have been designed keeping uniqueness, branding and functionality as the core.
